At Adriyana, we want you to absolutely love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges Full-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return or Exchange Email us at adriyanajwelleries@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Postage

• Exchanges: We'll send you a prepaid satchel to cover return postage.
• Refunds: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note

• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Returns are processed within 2 business days of arriving back with us.

Faulty Items If you've received a faulty item, that's on us.
